Board reviews proposed Assessments Rules; vote scheduled for April
Board members Kathie Brazinski and Aida Farag presented a draft Assessments Rules to replace Rule #10, eliminate the $10 administrative fee, discontinue the annual-assessment discount after July 1, 2025, allow monthly payments, and apply a 10% per annum finance charge after 30 days; the Board will vote in April.

Directors Kathie Brazinski and Aida Farag presented a proposed Assessments Rules draft intended to replace Rafter J Ranch rule #10 and eliminate the existing Administrative Fee Policy. The HOA Attorney advised adopting the proposed Assessments Rules to comply with the CCRs; the Board will vote on the proposal at its April meeting.
