Council approves corrective deed and Allo ROW license, proclaims Arbor Day
The council approved a corrective deed for a 2014/2017 filing, approved a non-exclusive public right-of-way license with Allo, and proclaimed April 24, 2026, as Arbor Day; the CD decision remained by consensus to leave funds at BankFirst.

The Wakefield City Council approved several routine administrative items on Jan. 14. First Title & Escrow requested a corrective deed for a property involving Stan McAfee (dated 2014 but filed in 2017); Council Member Geiser moved and Council Member Brenn seconded approving the corrective deed as written, and the motion passed unanimously.
