City Planner Rollin Harper presented the City of Nooksack Draft General Sewer Plan Amendment at the May 18, 2026 council meeting. Mayor Kevin Hester recessed the regular meeting and opened a public hearing on the draft plan at 7:13 PM; the hearing recorded no public comments and was closed at 7:14 PM.
