The board approved an additional certificate for the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, due to the delayed release of the final 2025 Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Compliance Supplement. Dr. Bart Miller moved to approve the additional certificate; Amy Hilton seconded and the motion passed 7-0.
