The Rockwall ISD Board authorized a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) for roofing replacement at Celia Hays Elementary School. The minutes state, "A motion was made by Stan Britton to approve as presented and seconded by Amy Hilton." The vote was recorded as 5–0 with Dr. Steve Albers and Grant DuBois absent.
