Board declines further spending on stop-sign lighting experiment; keeps existing signs

Operations Manager Shane Willis reported that AV-Tech "was unsuccessful" at controlling the brightness of stop-sign lighting and therefore declined to modify the signs. Willis told the Board that the "overall cost for four stop signs was $9,280, or $2,320 per sign," as reflected in the unaudited financial statements.
