Charlie Krebs told the board the gatehouse renovation submittal package is ready to be sent to the Village of Estero once checks are issued by Bowman Incorporated to process minor changes. The South Florida Water Management District has approved drainage repairs for the project, and a virtual pre‑construction meeting with SFWMD and Village officials is scheduled for June 1, 2026.
