The Hancock County Highway, Road and Bridge board unanimously adopted a resolution under the Illinois Highway Code at its March 30, 2026 meeting after a motion by Wayne Bollin and a second by Alex Blythe.

The board approved a resolution for improvement under the Illinois Highway Code during the March 30 meeting. Wayne Bollin moved to approve the resolution and Alex Blythe seconded; a roll-call vote recorded all members present voting yes and the resolution was adopted.
