Residents raise concerns about treasury transparency during public comment

During the public comment period, resident Chris Melusky of Norwegian Township criticized county treasury records and sought greater transparency. Another resident, Jeff Dunkel of Palo Alto, commented on operations within the Register of Wills, Children & Youth, the courts and the prothonotary’s office. The record shows commissioners heard the comments and Commissioner Larry Padora noted the county’s 250th celebration had gone well.
