Chief Adult Probation Officer C J Begansky asked the board to approve the purchase of a 2026 passenger van from Sands Ford of Pottsville, stating the vehicle will be paid from offender supervision fee monies and charged to the capital automotive equipment account. "Requested approval to purchase one (1) 2026 passenger van from Sands Ford of Pottsville (CoStars #025 E22 205) for the amount totaling $69,061," Begansky told commissioners.
