The personnel section of the June 15 work session contained several recommended personnel actions. The board was asked to accept with regret the retirement notice of Jackie Smathers, effective June 29, 2026, and to accept the retirement of Allison Kimmel effective August 30, 2026. The session also listed a request for unpaid days for Chantal Pearce (May 12–14, 2026) and recommended hiring Melissa Thorpe as a high-school custodian.
