Draper planning commission hears staff updates and annual Open‑Meetings Act training
Staff updated the commission on several development agreements and council actions (Fratto Farms, Kimbell's Junction, Openshaw/Bangerter Crossroads). The commission also received its annual training on Utah's Open and Public Meetings Act, covering quorum, notice, closed‑session rules and discovery of electronic messages.

At the April 23 meeting staff briefed the Draper Planning Commission on a series of development agreements and recent city‑council decisions and then the commission completed its annual Open and Public Meetings Act training.
