Mars Borough Council voted on May 5 to approve a modified contract with Shields Paving for Spring Street work, approving a final amount of $177,197.00 while excluding line items 5 and 6 from the contractor's scope. The measure was moved by John McWilliams (Streets) and seconded by Rob Bost (Council Vice President) and recorded as carried.
