The Draper City Council voted unanimously to approve Ordinance 17-16, the OpenShot Corner development agreement, on condition that staff-recommended language about temporary and cross access be included and that the mayor not execute the agreement until the cross-access agreement is signed. Planning staff described the project as a 1.44-acre commercial conversion that would change zoning and land-use to CR and would require dedication of right-of-way and other site improvements.
