Commission flags major land‑development plans for potential NPDES and missing approvals
Staff identified several major plans (including MABT STP Expansion and PA American Water SW) that may require NPDES permits or other missing approvals (DEP sanitary approvals, PennDOT HOP notes, flow capacity letters, perc tests) before final county endorsement.

During review of major plans, staff flagged several submissions that may trigger National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting because of added impermeable surface or site disturbance. The MABT STP Expansion (#26109) and PA American Water SW (#26105) were specifically noted as "may require NPDES Permit due to size of impermeable surface created and/or disturbance (paving and building)."
