The Splendora ISD Board voted to adopt Resolution #2025-12 on Feb. 23, 2026, establishing rules for accepting electronic bids or proposals for procurement methods governed by Texas Education Code Section 44.031. Jennifer Stewart moved the resolution and Kimberly Klepcyk seconded; the vote recorded in the transcript was 6–0 in favor.
