Waco Independent School District trustees voted unanimously March 30 to approve a charter performance contract that would place Dean Highland Elementary and South Waco Elementary under the management of Third Future Schools. The special meeting was called to order at 5:09 p.m. by Board President Jose Vidana and adjourned at 5:13 p.m.
