Hanover CSB to recommend FY27 Performance Contract with DBHDS amid statewide amendments

"This review is finalized from the Committee’s perspective and now provides the individual CSBs the opportunity to review the agreement and post for public comment," said Chaye Neal‑Jones, Director of the Office of Enterprise Management Services at DBHDS.

The packet makes clear that, while CSBs may post and solicit public comment, the contract will not be routed for execution until the Commonwealth’s FY27 budget is signed. The document also flags work to refine administrative appendices (unspent balances, receivables, regional operations) and training requirements for CSB executive and finance staff.
