Council considered the Tschopp Lot Improvement Subdivision during old business and voted to deny the application. The minutes state: "A motion to deny the Tschopp Lot Improvement Subdivision application for nonpros was made by Mr. Alessandra and seconded by Mrs. Salvato. All in favor, motion carried."
