Trustee Chris Ruiz moved to adopt the district goals related to HB3, including targets for third‑grade reading and math and for high‑school college, career and military readiness. Trustee Alicia Sanchez seconded the motion and the board approved the goals on a recorded vote of 6‑0‑0.
