Administrative Assistant Marjorie Smith and Town Administrator Diana Parsons provided a packet of documents to the board that included job descriptions, the FY26 highway budget and the MVP 2.0 planning RFP. The minutes list specific materials distributed prior to and at the meeting, including several neighboring towns' highway job descriptions used as references.
