The board unanimously approved out-of-state travel and funding for rooms and meals for the Hot Rodders to attend activities in Indianapolis, Indiana, from Dec. 9–14, 2025; motion by Ashley Ramirez, seconded by Jenni McCaslin, passed 7–0. The travel was discussed beforehand, including cost considerations presented by Daniel Keith on behalf of Greg Needham.
