Councilmember Bob Ross moved to adjourn the July 7 work session; Councilmember Ken Biddick seconded and the motion passed unanimously with all present voting in favor.

At 5:00 p.m. Mayor Timothy J. Carney called the meeting to order and, at the close of business, Councilmember Bob Ross moved to adjourn the work session. Councilmember Ken Biddick seconded the motion and "all were in favor, none were opposed." The minutes state the meeting was approved July 21, 2026.
