The board approved an Ideal Impact Services Agreement (motion by Mitch Dorrell, second by Scott Messner) and separately approved an Ideal Impact Lease Purchasing Agreement (motion by Dr. Brian Gladwell, second by Mitch Dorrell). Both votes passed 4-0 at the Feb. 9 meeting.
