LaSalle City Council approved a set of special-event permits after motions and roll-call votes. The permits included a request by Andrew Lamboli to use city-owned parking lots and sidewalks for a UTV ride 'celebration of lights' on Nov. 14, 2026, and a Milsell Business Association application to extend outdoor music until 11 p.m., increase allowable decibels, and close streets on Sept. 18–19, 2026.
