The Cache Public Schools Board on Feb. 5 approved written policies and procedures for post-issuance compliance, the board’s stated step to ensure ongoing adherence to federal tax rules and disclosure obligations after selling bonds. Member Mitch Dorrell moved to approve the policies and Dr. Brian Gladwell seconded; the motion passed 3-0, with two board members absent.
