The Planning Commission reviewed a Revised Draft (06/04/25) setting criteria for data centers. Mr. Dellinger noted the draft allows data centers only in the Industrial Zoning District; Mr. Kuhns said what the commission had was acceptable and Chair Farrell agreed.
