Golden Hills CSD board accepts General Manager Christopher Carlson’s resignation

The Golden Hills Community Services District Board of Directors accepted the resignation of General Manager Christopher Carlson at a special meeting on May 21, 2026, following a closed session held under Government Code §54957(b). A motion to approve the resignation was made by Director John Buckley, seconded by Director David Benham, and carried on a 3-0 vote with Directors David Benham, John Buckley and Joe King recorded as voting yes; Directors Matt Guggemos and Scott Wyatt were recorded as absent for that motion.
