CD-BZA-2026-00089, a request to approve a rear setback variance in a B1-1 district for 3501 Jackson Ave, was presented to the Board on Aug. 12. Liz Collins presented staff findings and nine exhibits were admitted. The applicant team (Dan Finn, Vic Kahn and Kathleen Warman) appeared and explained that the variance is needed to repurpose an existing building into a grocery store.
