The Clinton Township board received a partial second review of the Lock & Leave subdivision/land development late the day of the meeting and chose to postpone action. Solicitor Zach Dugan told the supervisors there were "3 options," and Chairman Pat Deitrick and others said the board had not had adequate time to consider the engineer’s comments.
