Josh Myers of Shaw Surveying requested a subdivision that would move property lines while keeping total acreage the same. The proposal, discussed under the name George Hartenstein, would have reassigned existing agricultural buildings to a different parcel; the commission noted that would violate a township ordinance unless the zoning board granted a variance.
