At the May 13 meeting Greg Kurtz of Advanced Code Consultants spoke to the council about his firm’s experience providing code-enforcement services to municipalities; the minutes describe Advanced Code Consultants as "a third party code consulting firm serving 10 local municipalities." The Code Enforcement/Zoning report later noted the potential of hiring outside sources instead of the current vendor, System Designs.
