On March 10 the Bellevue Village Council voted 7-0 to accept the MDOT M-78 Sidewalk Resolution 2026-004. "L. Pfiester moved to accept the MDOT M-78 Sidewalk Resolution 2026-004," the minutes state; the motion was seconded by R. Spaulding and passed by roll-call vote with all members present voting Aye.
