The Lockhart Independent School District Board of Trustees on Sept. 22 adopted a resolution formally adopting the district's investment policy as set out in Exhibit A, citing Chapter 2256 of the Texas Government Code. The resolution says the policy is adopted "as the local investment policy for the District" and that the policy remained unchanged from the prior version.
