The PERRYTON ISD Board of Trustees approved the Wright Elementary Phase 3 construction plans at a special meeting on Feb. 9, 2026. Trustee Duce Cooper moved to approve the plans as presented; Trustee Jeff Schollenbarger seconded the motion and the board voted 5-0 in favor, with Shae Cunningham and Noon Vela recorded as absent.
