The Wood River Rural Schools Board of Education approved a bid to replace the elementary-school chiller on Nov. 10, awarding the job to Rutt's Heating and Air by a unanimous 6-0 vote. The motion to approve the contractor was made by Jodi Rauert and seconded by Crystal Stutzman.
