Board approves agenda, consent items, surplus declaration and accepts a resignation
The Wood River Rural Schools board voted unanimously on multiple procedural items: approval of the agenda, consent agenda, declaration of surplus items, and acceptance of the resignation of Darin Waddington; an executive session for the superintendent evaluation was also held.

During the Dec. 15 meeting the board recorded several unanimous votes. The agenda was approved on a motion by Dylan Gill, second by Nick Rennau (yea 6, nay 0). The consent agenda (prior minutes, monthly claims and financial reports) was approved on a motion by Crystal Stutzman, second by Jodi Rauert (yea 6, nay 0).
