The Marlin Independent School District Board of Trustees met in a workshop session on March 7, 2026. Byrleen Terry, board president, called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.; trustees Rosalyn Dimerson, Billy Johnson, Winnette Outland (secretary), Sharon Tomlinson and Debra Trotter were present, establishing a quorum. Trustee Misty Ehlers was noted as absent in the minutes.
