ABC ordinance passes second reading, to be published using ABC funds

City Attorney Joe Hoffman read the second reading of the ABC Ordinance during the attorney briefing. Commissioner Cody Meadows moved to accept the ordinance as read and Commissioner Dale Perry seconded. The roll-call vote passed 3–1; Commissioner Perry voted No and Commissioner Megan Brown was absent.
