Residents raise parking and sidewalk concerns as Stamping Ground grows
Community members told the commission they support downtown growth but worry about parking pressure and sidewalk repairs; the city said it is exploring additional Main Street parking and advised residents to consult planning staff on driveway and ADA sidewalk requirements.

Mayor Jennifer Jones called the meeting to order and during public concerns several residents spoke about growth and infrastructure needs. A resident said, "It is great to see the town grow," but added that parking has become an issue for some businesses, including the restaurant on Main Street. Economic Development Commissioner Cody Meadows told residents the city is "in the beginning stages of putting more parking on Main Street" but noted private ownership at some problem sites.
