The Board voted to designate construction delivery methods for upcoming Bond 2026 projects and authorized administration to develop selection criteria and conduct advertised bid processes. The motion—moved by Trustee Clint Pipes and seconded by Trustee Benny May—directed staff to proceed under the recommended approaches and return recommended vendors to the Board for approval.
