Board approves park cameras and electrical work, hydrant installation expected in spring

Supervisors accepted quotes for a park camera system and electrical work, confirmed township excavation for the project, and heard that a fire hydrant installation at the park is expected in April or May.

The Cummings Township Board of Supervisors voted to accept two proposals to outfit the township park with cameras and related electrical work. The electrical quote from Tiadaghton Electric LLC was listed at $2,900 and the camera and installation quote from Koppel Cleo (Ben Rhinehart) was listed at $7,050; Chairman Michael Yohe said the project was included in the 2025 budget and the township will perform excavation work in-house.
