TennCare extends Deloitte work on TennCare Connect; RFP development nearing release
The committee approved a 12‑month extension for Deloitte Consulting’s work on TennCare Connect. TennCare officials said a reprocurement RFP is in advanced development and expected to be released in the next 30–60 days subject to approvals.

TennCare presented an amendment to extend and increase liability for its competitively procured contract with Deloitte Consulting, which performs design, development, testing, implementation and operations of the TennCare Connect eligibility determination system. Committee members asked about previous eligibility challenges and current system performance.
