Trey Jones, legislative director for the Department of Disability and Aging, asked the committee to approve a one‑year extension for the department's contract with Riverside Assessments for the BDI‑3 Kids early‑intervention assessment tool, which supports therapy and services for infants and young children with developmental disabilities. Members moved, seconded, and approved the contract by voice vote.
