Planning Commission recommends Toth Subdivision modification; board approves; several items tabled

The Planning Commission reviewed a revised Toth Subdivision plan and discussed a modification request that would allow an existing barn to remain within a 50-foot building-line setback from a private street. After review of HRG, Inc.’s engineering comments, the commission recommended approval of the modification contingent upon proper form submission and payment of a $40 application fee. "Motion by Leo Rosenbauer to accept and wrap around. P.C. recommend approval of the modification request contingent upon it being submitted on the appropriate form and payment of the $40.00 application fee," the record states; the motion carried.

The commission also moved to table the Benzinger Solar Land Development until revisions are provided by CVE USPA, accepted a third time extension for Wain Landscaping, and approved a Lot 2 non-building waiver for the Wiefling Subdivision. At the supervisors meeting the board voted to approve the Toth modification and accept the Wain Landscaping extension #3. Motions were recorded and carried without individual roll-call tallies in the minutes.
