Santa Rosa council approves $350,000 vacuum truck under Resolution 25-32
On Aug. 26, 2025, the Santa Rosa City Council approved Resolution 25-32 to enter into a state capital-appropriation agreement for Project No. SAP 25-J4147-GFR to acquire a vacuum truck at a cost of $350,000. The motion passed on a 4-0 roll-call vote.

The Santa Rosa City Council voted to approve Resolution 25-32 on Aug. 26, 2025, authorizing the city to enter into an agreement with the State of New Mexico to fund Project No. SAP 25-J4147-GFR, a vacuum truck in the amount of $350,000. The special meeting was convened at the Blue Hole Convention Center and was called to order by Mayor Nelson Kotiar at 9:02 a.m.
