A Buckingham County resident seeking to park an RV on his property while building a home asked the board for relief from the county’s zoning ordinance. Corey Shaleen described completed site infrastructure—two 1,000‑gallon septic tanks and a drainage field sized for a four‑bedroom house—and said he had applied for a campground special‑use permit to allow temporary RV occupancy while construction proceeds.
