Darby Borough Council voted unanimously to appoint CCC Engineering as the borough engineer and approved other engineering-related appointments at its Jan. 5 re-organization meeting. Ms. Hill moved to appoint CCC Engineering; Dr. Omar K. Thompson seconded and the motion carried 9-0.
