Director of Public Works Bruce Carbaugh reported that the completed Foxfield 6 pump test identified an impact on a neighboring property owner's private pond. Carbaugh said the developer will have to address the impact and that the town may need to treat the pond issue as an ongoing responsibility if it is not resolved by the developer. Staff suggested filling the affected pond from a nearby stream as one remediation option.
