The town's CIP project manager told the board that staff recommend 'Option B' for ADA compliance at Remsberg Park. The plan would construct and upgrade sidewalks for full ADA access, install six ADA parking spaces, add handrails and two boardwalks (one over stormwater management to Field 3 and a second over a ditch to reach the lower ballfields), and create a drop-off/turnaround near the lower fields. The apron at the pickleball courts will be corrected because it exceeds the 2% grade allowed for ADA compliance.
